At Fidelity Shipping Containers, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it quickly and professionally. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when you are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
This policy applies only to customers within the United States.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

The shipping container arrived damaged

You received the wrong container model or size

The container does not match the product description

There is a manufacturing or structural defect
To qualify for a return:

The container must be in the same condition as delivered

No additional modifications or alterations may be made

You must provide photos/videos showing the issue before approval
Note: Shipping containers are delivered through heavy freight, so documentation is required for carrier insurance claims.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of freight shipping and industrial products, the following items cannot be returned:

Customized or modified containers

Containers that have been used after delivery

Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items
-
Containers damaged due to improper unloading, handling, or relocation by the customer
3. Reporting a Delivery Issue
Visible Damage at Delivery
If the container appears damaged at the time of delivery:

Do NOT accept the delivery
-
Ask the driver to document the damage
-
Contact us immediately
-
Provide photos of the damaged areas
Hidden Damage After Delivery
If damage is discovered after delivery:

Notify us within 48 hours

Provide photos/videos and your order number
-
We will file a freight claim on your behalf
4. Returns & Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved:

You may return the container to our designated freight terminal

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by us or the carrier

Freight return fees can be significant, depending on size/weight — we will provide estimated costs in advance
If the issue is our fault (wrong item, major damage, incorrect listing), we cover the return freight cost.
5. Refunds
Once the returned container is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 7–14 business days

You will be notified by email once your refund is approved and processed
Refunds cover:

The container price
-
Any applicable taxes (if refundable per law)
Refunds do not cover:

Original shipping charges

Optional delivery equipment fees (crane, liftgate, placement assistance)
6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund.

Once freight is booked or the container has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

After dispatch, all cancellation requests fall under this Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Replacements
If your container qualifies for replacement:

We will ship the replacement at no additional cost

Carrier pickup for the original unit will be scheduled

Replacement processing time depends on inventory availability
8. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse
To protect against policy misuse:

Any fraudulent claim may be rejected

Filing illegitimate chargebacks may result in account restrictions

All freight deliveries are documented by the carrier before & after loading
