1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

If additional verification (identity, payment, or delivery access instructions) is required, processing may be delayed. You will be notified immediately.
2. Shipping Service Area (USA Only)
We currently provide freight delivery exclusively across the United States, including all 50 states.
👉 We do NOT ship internationally.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
All shipping containers are delivered through trusted freight carriers including FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, SAIA, TForce Freight, and regional trucking partners.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout based on:

Distance to delivery address

Any special handling requirements

We do not charge hidden fees.
5. Freight Delivery Requirements
Shipping containers require large freight trucks for delivery.
To ensure smooth delivery:

Delivery site must allow access for a 40–53 ft freight truck.

The ground should be firm, level, and accessible.

If a liftgate, crane, or forklift is needed, additional charges may apply.

If the driver cannot access your location, the carrier may charge redelivery fees.
If you’re unsure about delivery access, contact our support team before placing an order.
6. Tracking & Shipment Updates
Once your order ships, you will receive:

Shipment confirmation email

Freight tracking number or booking reference

Carrier name & contact details (if applicable)
You can track your shipment through the provided link or contact our support team for updates.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your container immediately upon delivery.
If damage is visible AT DELIVERY:

Do not accept the delivery

Ask the driver to mark it as “damaged”

Contact us immediately
If damage is noticed AFTER delivery:

Contact us within 48 hours

Provide photos/videos of the issue

We will file a freight claim and arrange:

Replacement

Repair

Or refund (based on inspection and policy)

8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

Severe weather

Freight capacity limits

Carrier operational issues

Remote locations
If your shipment exceeds the expected window, contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Out-of-Stock / Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering:

Request a full refund

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the order has shipped or freight has been booked, cancellations are no longer possible.
